WE BUILT THIS
FROM THE GROUND UP.
Open Road started as a conviction: the best meals happen outside. Not at a table in a restaurant, but in a festival field, at a vineyard, on a mountain. We welded our own truck, forged relationships with local farms, and drove out to wherever the hunger was.
Six years later, we've served 500+ events, 28,000+ guests, and haven't once turned on a steam tray. Every plate — still made to order. Every event — still personal. That never changes.

THE FIRST WHEEL TURNS
Open Road Provisions fires up its first grill at Portland Saturday Market, serving 200 guests their very first day.
2021
FESTIVAL SUMMER
We book 12 Pacific Northwest festivals back-to-back. 8,000+ guests. Zero days off. Zero complaints.

WEDDINGS GO WILD
Our catering arm launches. Suddenly everyone wants us at their wedding — and we understand why.
